If you have an existing qpeGPS intallation, remember to make backups of your
maps.txt and sources.txt.  The ipk installation *will* over-write them.  The old
maps.txt file can still be used, but the sources.txt file must be updated (see below).

Changes:
  The map download has been designed to allow for sites which don't have the
  same scale as qpeGPS expects. A scaleRatio option has been added to the
  sources.txt file.
  The qpeGPS help file has been updated with "ratio" and other changes.
  The package has been renamed to identify the ratio ("r") changes.

*Note: These changes make this code incompatible with previous sources.txt files.
       Other sites which work with current qpeGPS versions can be made to work
       with this version by adding 1.0 in the forth column...
